1.   Delivery and Return Policy accepts orders from all around the GCC. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address of your order.



Your privacy is important to us in regards to how information about your order is used and shared. We may provide certain order, shipment. and product information, such as but not limited to titles. for our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.


If the order is a gift. the package is marked “Gift,” but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form due to the reason that customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package.


Returns & Replacements

The above terms also apply to the shipment of any replacement product that might be shipped due to a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss will be transferred to us upon receipt at our end. Customs, Duties, and taxes


You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from the  recipient/buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside the State of Kuwait may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees by the destination country’s authorities.. Additional charges for customs clearance

are only bearable by the recipient/buyer: we have no control over these
charges and cannot predict the amount. Customs policies vary from country to

country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery dates estimated.

Tracking Your Package

You will receive a backing number once your order is shipped. The shipping method and courier information for your package will be listed in your account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail. We, at Elegancy will make sure that it will dispatch your package within the same time frame mentioned under the product purchased. Elegancy will not be responsible for any delay in delivery incurred by the courier service.

Return and Refund Policy

You may return most new, unopened items sold within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise shipping cost will be charged. Return request can be sent online (Contact us) by email or by phone. Receiving a Refund


You will receive your refund after we receive and process your returned items (for the items eligible for refund). Expect your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.

Order Cancellation Policy

Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Your Order on the ”Confirm and submit” page. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order. but once the order moves into the shipping process, !t cannot be canceled.

can return any unwanted items in accordance with the returns policy.

Elegancy reserves full rights to cancel the orders. which are placed because of technical problems, are generated through wrong technical process or typing mistakes. In such case, customer will be approached via phone or email to get informed about his/her problem with the reason for cancellation.

We take payment from your credit or debit card at the time we receive your order for the relevant products, payment method (k-net — visa — Master card— cash on delivery) In the event that we are unable to supply the products, we will inform you as soon as possible by email or call and a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the Products.


Delivery Charges for Orders in Kuwait

  • Orders above 50 KD will get free delivery
  • Orders less than TO KD will be charged 5 KD


Cash on Delivery

  • We also offer our registered user’s the option to pay for the products Either by cash or card upon delivery at their address, should they opt for such service during the placement of order/Checkout.
  • Cash is to be presented to our driver for collection on the spot prior to receiving delivery of the products
